Resort Requirements

 A mandatory temperament assessment is required for all new clients boarding or enrolling in daycare services. This assessment, which lasts approximately 2 hours, helps us evaluate your pet’s behavior and compatibility with our environment. There is a $25 fee for the assessment, ensuring that we can provide thorough evaluation and personalized care.  

  To ensure the health and safety of all guests, our resort requires the following vaccinations for all pets: Bordetella, rabies, DHLPP/Da2PP, and a negative fecal exam. All pets must be flea and tick free. Canine influenza vaccination is strongly recommended but not mandatory. Documentation from your veterinarian confirming vaccination status is required upon check-in.

  All pets aged 7 months and older must be spayed or neutered. This policy helps to maintain a calm and harmonious environment for all pets staying at our resort. Please ensure your pet has been spayed or neutered prior to their visit.

 All pets must be at least 7 months of age to stay at our facility. This age requirement helps us provide appropriate care and accommodations tailored to the developmental needs of older puppies and adult dogs. Please ensure your pet meets this age requirement prior to booking their stay with us. 

 To ensure compatibility and harmony during group play sessions, we require that all pets are socialized and comfortable in group settings. This ensures that each pet can interact positively with others, fostering a fun and engaging environment.
