Grooming Services for dogs

  To ensure the health and safety of all guests, our resort requires the following vaccinations for all pets: 

Rabies

DHLPP/DA2PP

 If a dog is found to have flea/ticks, treatment may be applied at owners expense. Canine influenza vaccination is strongly recommended but not mandatory. Documentation from your veterinarian confirming vaccination status is required upon check-in. We perform a health check before grooming. If your pet appears unwell, we may reschedule your appointment.

• Grooming Risks-
  • Grooming is generally safe, but minor injuries may occur. By allowing us to groom your pet, you acknowledge the potential risks involved.

• Pricing and Payment-
  • Prices are subject to change based on the condition and size of your pet. Final pricing will be discussed at check-in.
  • Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, and all major credit and debit cards.

• Appointments-
  • Please book your appointment in advance.
  • Appointments can be made via phone or on our portal.

• Cancellation-
  • If you need to cancel, contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

• Behavior Policy-
  • For the safety of your pet and our staff, we reserve the right to decline grooming services to pets that exhibit aggressive behavior.

• Post-Grooming Care-
  • After grooming, please monitor your pet for any unusual behavior and contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
